Account Deletion Request – TFS SOUQ
If you would like to request deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
🧾 How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include the following in your message:
- Your registered email address or username
- Reason for deletion (optional)
After verifying your identity, we will delete your account and personal data from our system within 7 business days.
🗃️ Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your WordPress/WooCommerce customer account
- Billing and shipping details
- Order history (unless required for tax or legal compliance)
🗂️ Data That May Be Retained
- Order records required for tax or legal purposes (up to 180 days)
- Anonymous site analytics data (non-personal)
